Hi, just wondering if anyone else is trying to lose their post-pregnancy weight and how are you finding it? I'm doing the Slimming Club diet. I'm sick of reading about Angelina Jolie being too skinny and Heidi Klum on the catwalk within weeks of giving birth - they're not for real! Would love to hear from anyone.

hi,i have always been a size 8 weighinga bout 8 stones,until i was put on medication for severe depression,i put on 2 stones in weight,.I had a baby in feb 07,put on 2 stones and went up to nearly 13 stone,8 months after having the baby i am now down to 10 and a half stone,by reducing my calorie intake and a little exercise,desperately want to get down to 9 stones by x- mas,and 8 stones by end of feb.doing the nell mcandrews fitness videos at home,and trying to be good with my diet.considering taking supplements to boost my metabolism,as i think that is what is being affected by my medication.also considering buying some pu erh tea (apparently posh spice swears by it)
