Wondering what i can eat...

Hi all,

I have been told today that you can't eat Philedelphia cheese as its a soft cheese... I thought it was cream cheese myself. So can I or can't I??? Also I know you can't have pate, but what about paste? Was told I can't have that either. Any help would be great, thanks.
