I felt like this

i found out i was pregnant when i was 6 weeks... for a week before i notice i wasnt eating all my dinner at work and neither my fruit as i completley went off of it... then i found out i was pregnant and i just felt sick and off my food untill about 9 - 10weeks... best thing is to eat rich tea biscuits (there plain and dry) or ginger biscuits if your suffering with sickness or feeling sick. I bet your out of energy aswell? i was extreamly tierd really exhausted espically on weekends... speak to your midwife if your to concerned about whats going on.

Don't worry

I am a mother now already but had gone through the same. My situation was bad coz I could not stomach even water and milk at a certain stage.

You will feel better 14-15 weeks. I would suggest not to take coffee and tea as it does not help, rather creates more acidity.

I know some thing that will so totally work!!!!

Ok, my dad sells these bracelets at his tackles store called Baja Dreamer Tackle! I felt like that once, I put the bracelet on and five minutes later I felt So great like I wanted to jump for joy! Hes in the phone book, so give him a call, and try it out. It specially made for sea sickness, AND mourning sickness. Trust me you will LOVE IT! and it comes with settings, so if it is to low then you could just turn it up. All the way to 5, and trust me 5 is all you will need!

It depends

sounds like you have very bad morning sickness. try and stay as hydrated as you can. i had morning sickness right the way through my pregnancy. Just try different foods to see if something different will stay down. Anything with Ginger in it can help. Even dry arrowroot buscuits before you get up in the morning can do wonders. Also try a cup of tea in the morning see if that helps. If you are worried at all see your doctor, he/she might be able to suggest a remody for your current predicament.

Dont worry

I am thirteen weeks pregnnt and I still feel sick at weird times I was really worried as i couldnt stomach anything!! Milk is good you just have to go with how your body feels, practise breathing techniques perhaps. I find it easier now though i nearly was sick in the street the other day after biting into a sandwich, it was quite funny looking back not at the time!!!
