20 week scan advice needed

morning ladies, i went for my 20 week scan yesterday and i was really nervous but as soon as i saw my baby all was good, until baby turned around and therefore the sonographer couldnt see the heart to check it or its face. i wasnt too worried until the sonographer said we needed to come back in 2 weeks when the baby was more developed and bigger so she could see, this has really panicked me and it didnt help that the sonographer was a complete insensetive cow! i got a bit teary and she was just completly unhelpful, so now im even more worried that everything is not okay. we could see the heart was beating but then he turned round and wouldnt turn back! so i think everything is okay but im not sure! OH keeps telling me not to worry as hes not worried but i feel like im turning into a paranoid wreak! she put something about my bmi on my notes so is that her way of saying im too fat to see my baby?! any advice would be great!
