Help with pcos and pregnancy

Hi,

I have been diagnosed with PCOS for a long time now, since i was 15, and 4 weeks ago i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I am on dianette, but when we did it i had just finished my periods. I am aware of the fact that with PCOS i may need help with getting pregnant, but for the last two weeks, i have been bleeding heavily, and for the last week i have been spotting. I have tried a pregnancy test about 10 days ago and came back negative and i tried another pregnancy test today, and that came back negative. I have also got a sharp pain under my belly button. I went to my GP today, the doctor conducted an ultra sound and did an internal check up and said that everything looked normal, ie, not pregnant, but also said that it would be too early to know if i was pregnant, and had to check again in 2 weeks time. They also did a swap to see why i was bleeding heavily.

I am quite worried, but i just wanted to know from anyone who can help too, that could i be pregnant, or does it sound like something it.
