6 wks pregnant and need some advice-worried

I found out last week that i am pregnant after 7 yrs. I had written myself off, so my partner and i were so happy when the test was positive.

Over the weekend i have experienced mild twinges, but no spotting etc. However i am very anxious as my main pregnancy symtom (tender bust) has gone.

I have had a scan today and although they could see a sac they could not detect anything else. They have asked me to go back in two weeks time which now seems a million miles away. They explained that the mild pain was normal, but did not offer an explaination for the other.

I am non the wiser and naturally expecting the worst. Has anyone experienced similar????????
