We found out last Wed that I am pregnant. Scan showed 5wk 5days. I have severe PCOS and endometriosis and this is my fourth pregnancy. The last three all ended in MC. We went for another scan at 6wks 3days which revealed a heartbeat. The thing is I am still petrified of loosing this baby. I keep reading stories (which I shouldnt) about how women have seen heartbeats but then lost their babies later on. Really scared ...

i know how you felt. i was the same, i had a mc in aug 07 (hubbys birthday of all days)and found myself pregnant, in sept. I was petrified on losing this one too. Instead of reading a neg story i wanna tell you a positive one. Later on in sept, i was having pains in stomach, went to own docs and was basicaly told not to worry what will happen will happen, anyway, it got worse and phoned g-docs and they sent me into hospital at 9pm to see if it was etopic, got scaned and showed everything was fine and a little heartbeat, now at 22 weeks well give and take an hour, my little girl is doing good and beating me up as i type. After losing 1, 2, 3 or more babies, it is a worrying time, its something, that people who have been through cant stop worrying about. Please hun dont read the bad stories, try and think positive, i know its is easier said then done but the girls on here are really helpful and are here for you, you are always welcome on the mc board and the pregnancy one (when you feel up to it) Pm me anytime you want.
