Hi everyone,
Just a quick message about 'Babybond' scans. I am 17 weeks pregnant and had a gender scan last week with Babybond.I couldn't wait until my next hospital appointment, which would be 24 weeks, to find out the sex of my baby so my partner and I went to Babybond. For anyone considering this, I would HIGHLY recommend it. The staff were friendly and were excited about the results (unlike the hospital where I found the sonographer to be patronising and uninterested - I know its their job, but a little bit of enthusiasm wouldn't go amiss!). The staff aren't rushed and make you feel comfortable, answer all your silly questions, and we knew the sex of our baby (a little boy!) in about 2 minutes! It is totally safe and been going for years so don't worry about this side of things. For £79 I would say go for it as you can then start getting excited about the new little arrival in your life.

I will second what sarah said plus they are nicer to us in the way they heat up the ultrascan gel stuff, oh it was a nice warm feeling. I had my scan in dec at 17+6 days in livingston (scotland) as we didnt know livingston and had a good bit to travel (2 and a bit hours), we left early to get there and arrived 25 mins early and as the couple who were meant to be before us hadnt arrived and were 5 mins late already, we were taken, which was nice of them. If i was getting a 4d scan, i'd defo make that 5 hour round trip to get them to do it. Lis 26+4 lazy girl bump
