i had one well a suspected one i wentfor a scan at 6 weeks but they said with it being early it might still need time so went back at 8 weeks and they said there could be a mix up with my dates cuz there was nothing there just a sac so 2 weeks later i went back and saw a consultant who said that i looked like a molar pregnancy so could he study me for 2 weeks and then if nothing changed do a dnc so he did but still no baby so i had a dnc and it was sent off but like you it was inconclusive and so was re done, it then came back negative. someone told me that it can show early signs of cancer but i dunno and most of them turn out to be belighted ovums. hope your ok

Hi has anyone had or heard of this?
I went back to the hospital yesterday after having a d and c on thursday last week, they wanted to check my hormone levels had dropped. When I arrived they told me the pathology lab had sent a report back saying possible moler pregnancy and it has gone of for a second opinion. I am absolutly terrified. Any ideas???
Thanks Vic xx

sorry to hear you're having such a rough time hun and docs don't help cos they don't always explain things properly do they? My info on molar pregnancy is a bit sketchy so am hoping some of the other girls can be a bit more helpful, I've had 3 m/c's but nothing like this. I found a website (molarpregnancy.co.uk) which seems to have some pretty clear info and is run by a lady who has suffered this herself, hope this helps more than I can. Wish I could offer some proper advice but sending big hugs instead. Hope you're doing ok, message anytime if you need someone to sound off at and try and take each day as it comes. Know it's hard but it does get easier.

Lotsa love, Clare xxx

Thanks ladies for all your support and advice.
I feel so low at the moment. I looked on the internet and it was really scary as it was worst case scenario. It frightened the life out of me and I no its best to be prepared but I hope its not that bad. The doc said that if it is this moler thing then I can not try for a baby for 12 months which has really upset me. I no your health is the most important thing but I just want a baby. I never for a minute thought it would be this hard or emotional.
Why is it people who don't want children get them at the drop of a hat. Sorry to moan but I am feeling very low and angry at the moment. Can't be positive because I feel like being positive has got me no-where in the last 3 months since my first m/c.
Thanks for listening and good luck to you all. Vicxx
