I would go to your GP and get checked out if your worried. I assume from your post that if you were pregnant you can't of been more than a couple of weeks?? at this stage your sac would be so small it would be unlikely you would notice it. If I remember rightly at a scan I had at 4 weeks my sac was only 4mm - so at 2 weeks I would think barely traceable.

It could just be a clot - sometimes people get these in their normal cycle but if your worried speak to your GP

hi, im only sixteen.
i am in a long term relationship and i'm on the contraceptive pill (loestrin) and have been for about a year now.
However, my most recent course of 21 tablets were started a day later than usual as i had to pick up a new prescription.
Today i experienced really bad cramps, very similar to period pains and some brown coloured spotting.
About half an hour ago, something which appeared like a wierd sac like thing appeared along with some clotting.
Would this be anything like a miscarraige??
I didn't consider being pregnant, and if this was then i didnt know.
The only other symptoms i had would be tender breasts and slight nausea occasionally.
Please get back to me.
