Hi Vicki, i hope your doing ok..... i too had an ERPC. my 11 week scanG picked up a missed miscarriage, and 5 days after i had my op. that was on the 10th October. just want to let you know that things will get easier. i still have a few tears at times, but its getting better. friends and family have been the best support i could have hoped for. This was my first pregnancy, but my boyf and i are going to try again. seeing all the entries on here helps you feel you are not alone and that its happening to others too. i know exactly how empty you feel hun..... and how awful the last few weeks have been for you! Wishing you lots of love and luck..... take care of yourself.

hi vikki, just wanted to let you know that although its heartbreaking and devastating right now, you will start to feel better in time. I miscarried 3 weeks ago, and although i still feel sad at times the pain is already beginning to heal. You must let yourself cry and be sad when you need to, but dont feel guilty when you do start to feel better- I did, and found it difficult to let myself heal but i knew i had to move on, i know i'll never forget the pain but i also believe that whats ment to be will be. Take care of yourself anf feel free to pm me anytime if you need a chat. Take care sweetie, Jenny xxxxxx

I know exactly how you feel. I miscarried on Monday quite suddenly and this week have gone through so many emotions it's untrue. I've cried a lot but the worst is the feeling empty and lost. One of the other girls on here said to me that what we're feeling right now is the worst of it and we will gradually get better. I went to my GP on Tues and she was lovely, she has 3 children but told me that before they came along she miscarried and she still remembers the date to this day. She also reassured me that although it's one of the most awful things that can happen to a woman it's also very common and that we are likely to have a successful pregnancy next time. Although I am tempted to start trying again straight away, I too am scared so feel that for me it will best to wait a month or two and see how I feel. Just be reassured that you are not alone and that the emptiness will fade. Look after yourself and keep close to your partner and family. Sorry for long message but feel like I know how you feel. PM me any time.
