congratulations on your pregnancy,and im no doctor but try and not to worry to much,im sure everything will be fine,the chances of your little one having it again is probably unlikly,but good luck for friday im sure all is well,if you need talk were here ,keep me posted and i have everything crossed for you

Hi i came on here last november after my baby was diagnosed with a neural tube defect anancephly. He was still born at 14 weeks. I am now 10 weeks and 5 days pregnant again, and i have a appointment with a specialist on friday to find out if this baby will have the same problem. I am so scared that it will happen again this is my second pregnancy with my new husband i have 2 children from a previous relationship. I don't think i could go through it again and what if i can never give my husband the child he wants. up untill now i hadn't been to worried but now i have less than a week till i know i can't think about anything else this time next week i might now be pregnant.
thank you for letting me go on i need to get it off my chest, all my friends tell me not to worry and that it won;t happen again but what do they know i thought it couldn't happen the first time.

So sorry to hear about your last pregnancy.
I think you have to just stay strong I no easier said than done but staying positive can have a positive effect. I have no experience in this area but I have just had my 3rd m/c and it has been very hard. I to worry what if it happens again and me and my husband want a baby so much what if I can not give him what he wants.
But as they say these things are sent to try us and they only make us stronger. You can not do anything to else but stay strong and positive until you no the result.
