How are you all doing? Am so sorry about your loses, I lost my little girl Meghan on xmas day four months pregnant, I am starting my counselling in three weeks at a specialist centre at alder hey childrens hospital it is called Alder centre their number is 0151 252 5391 if anyone would like to contact them for support they only specialise in miscarriage. Alternatively there is a number that is run by grieving parents who have been helped oviously and they are there to help between the hours of 1-4 tues and wed and 10-1 on mon and 7-10 thurs and fri the number is 0800 282 986 x

I hope this helps anyone who is grieving and feels that they have no one to talk to. Miscarriage is a very isolating time so I hope that you find your help and support.

Me personally I used my angel cards, I now do readings online, if anyone would like a reading to support them through this difficult time please contact me on cailceta@blueyonder.co.uk the angel cards are lovely and give great comfort.

Hope you are all ok and take care ok

Love Lynne xx
