will keep everything crossed for you, totally understand how frustrating it is when you don't know what's going on with your own body! Sounds like a good plan, hope your doc gets things moving if no news by then, like I said they can be a bit half-arsed sometimes, don't think they realise how hard it is not knowing. Don't know what tests you're using but you can get really cheap early response ones off the internet, babymad.com do 10 tests for £4.89 and I tested 4 days before my period was due with these and got a positive. Might be worth thinking about if you're on a budget, frequent testing can get expensive! Let me know how you go and thanks again for your good wishes, got a scan next tuesday so hoping that will put my mind at rest. You have a good weekend too, speak again soon,

"Am i pregnant?"

Hi,

This was my first pregnancy and I found out at my 12 week scan that i'd had a missed miscarriage, i was devastated! i went for a dnc the next day and got my normal period a week later. A couple of weeks after the dnc we started to have unprotected sex again, my period is now over a week late, i have done a pegnancy test but it has come back negative. I havnt really had any symptoms apart from going to the loo more frequently but i didnt have any real symptoms when i fell pregnant the last time. Can anyone please give me any advice, could i be pregnant again?
Thanks, Kelly xx

sorry to hear about your m/c, know how hard it is. It's perfectly possible you've fallen pregnant again, have heard a lot of people say you're more fertile after m/c as your body is still prepared for pregnancy but it can often take a while for things to get back to normal too so there's no easy answers. The only things I can suggest really are that you keep testing, maybe once a week and see what happens, or if you're driving yourself mad not knowing go and see your GP. It can be a bit hit and miss cos some of them don't seem to want to do what they deem unecessary tests but if you're lucky enough to have an understanding doc they can do a blood test which is more likely to pick up the pregnancy hormone than the normal urine tests. Whichever way you go I wish you luck, I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant again after 3 m/c's and praying all will be ok this time so know how nerve-wracking it all is. Take care hun and message anytime if you have questions, will do my best to help if I can.

Lotsa love,
Clare xxx
