then I think the rest of us must be too

I had my first m/c in Nov and each time AF visited since then I feel exactly the same. It's like all the emotions from the m/c come back. I think it's harder at the moment as my friends who announced their pregnancies around the same time are now having their babies and I have total 'why me' type moments.

After the first few weeks I felt like I should have it all under control again and tried to hide my feelings, even from dh. Now we talk about it. Even if it's just a 'you know what, todays a bad day' but i'll get through it.

I realised crying is "allowed", so is thinking lifes unfair and anything else you feel. It makes you normal.

Using these posts to get things off you chest is what it's here for so go ahead. Say whatever you need.

Hi ladies.
Ok here goes. Having a bit of a bad time at the moment. Had my 3rd m/c in Feb and just came on my second period since the m/c.
Had all the tests possible done to see if there is anything wrong with me and hubby but everything came back fine and the hospital said it was just a case of bad luck.
So we started ttc again after 1st AF and was totally gutted when I came on yesterday. Anyway I am feeling pretty low and keep crying and feel like all those emotions from after each m/c are coming back and I am out of control I really thought I was getting back to normal and that things were getting easier but now they feel harder than ever. My closest friend is due in 3 weeks time my other good freind has just told me that she is 9 weeks and I found out tofay that someone else I no is 13 weeks. I feel so selfish saying this but when will it be my turn and how much more bad luck do I deserve.
Sorry for the long post just needed to get things of my chest. Very hard when friends don't no if to tell you or not if they are pregnant. And then I don't no how to react, and when I get home I just cry....
Sorry to go on and on.
tc

Thank you so much for all your support. Felling a bit better today. Made an appointment to see my doctor next week and have a chat about my feelings. Also booked some more reiki as that has really helped me when I had it before.
Thanks again.

i know just how you feel and each af that comes it brings so many raw feelings back that a week before felt under control. It is so important to acknowledge that you lost babies and need this time to greive, so many people dont understand and if you are like me the whole topic consumes your life!! I think we all have the problem with others getting pregnant everywhere!! I know I do and so few people understand how we feel. I really hope you have the strength to carry on as your good luck and bfp may just be round the corner, take care rach xxx
