So sorry
I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through. You've definitely come to the right place for support and answers though, this site has been a godsend to me over the last few months.
Like you, I miscarried at 8/9 weeks at the beginning of January, but I'd also been for scans which showed barely anything, a pregnancy sac and tiny yolk sac but never a heart beat or visible baby, and things probably stopped around the 5/6 week mark aswell.
Up until the day of the actual miscarriage I'd been spotting on and off, virtually every day for about a month, then from the day of the actual loss I bled for 12 days, and my next period came 3 weeks after m/c (which was heavier and more painful than usual but was a relief strangely as it seemed like things were getting back to normal). I'm also now 15 weeks pregnant again so infact that period counts as the first day of this pregnancy! (I'm only adding this in as I hope it can give you some hope).
The emotional pain is still going on now, but the physical pain passed quickly, within a couple of days infact. I found a hot water bottle helped (if you can bear it in this weather). The main thing is to just take care of yourself and give yourself plenty of time to mend, and know that it's OK if it seems like it's taking a long time to recover.
We're all here if you need us. Take care, N xx
