I started to miscarry over 3 weeks ago, a v early miscarriage, only about 5 weeks. 5 days ago I was still bleeding v heavily so my doc prescribed me progesterone tablets, 3 a day. He tested me and said my preg test was negative. I missed a couple of tabs yday and now am bleeding soo heavily again. Have got pain. Fed up with it. Anyone had the same? I need the bleeding to stop so I can carry on with things.

So sorry to hear your news and even more so that you're still dealing with this stage.

My m/c was at 13wks+ and i only bled for 5 days however it was pretty severe and was only informed afterwards i should have been in hospital - potentially on morphine.

I was scanned the week after and told it hadn't been a complete m/c but that this would probably sort itself out during my next cycle and sure enough a/f for 3wks, heavy and sore.

Have they suggested a follow up scan for you? All i can suggest hunny is to call your doc or EPU who might be able to prescribe you painkillers. I also found that heat helped me a lot - tons of hot water bottles.

Take care of yourself hunny.

x
