"Pregnant after miscarriage"

I have just done a pregnancy test and pregnant after miscarriage. I had a d and c on 2nd April, had my period end of May and we were ttc. We have a 3 year old already so over the moon with the news as we were trying for a while for baby number two. I am delighted with our news but naturally worried as it was a difficult time going through the miscarriage. I am around 4 weeks gone. Is anyone else in the same situation?

in feb i found out that i was pregnant but not long after i started bleeding when i went to the doctors in march they sent me to the early baby unit for a scan after and an exturnal and inturnal scan they told me that i had lost my baby and they sent me home. i did a test a few days ago which came back positive i'm the same as you i'm scared of losing this one as i don't think i would cope but on the plus side this one feels different as i feel sick all the time which i didn;t before.
i hope everything goes ok for you and please keep me posted

I know you're both scared but remember there is no reason why these pregnancies should end the same way

I had 2 m/c's and I'm now halfway through this pregnancy - it's not been easy and I still worry every single day - I suppose I will until he or she is here!

Best of luck to both of you

Lisa

I just wanted to say congratulation to you both. I had 2 MC and I fell pregnant 2 months after the last one. I'm now 41+4 wks pregnant and waiting for my little girl to arrive. Your worries will ease, but what you feel is normal, give yourselves time, take each day as it comes and before you know it, you'll be wondering where the time went.

I wish you both lots of love and luck.
