HIYA,
Need some information,my partner and i have been trying to conceive for about a year now. june the 15th my af came and went then on the 25th i started to have slight bleeding nothing much just like spotting i think but lasted for about 2 weeks on and off, on the 16th of july i started bleeding very heavly i started getting pain in my lower abdomen really sore sharp pains went to docs to find out i was pregnant but very early only 4 weeks 3 days.
They got me out to the early pregnancy unit took blood got a scan and a internal scan but things were to soon to see anying went home knowing that it was prob a early miscarriage but had to vist them two days later to get more blood taken to see if it had been a early miscarriage and it was.
Only bleed for 4 days and then we started to try to conceive again i know they say you should maybe wait for your next cycle but i was feeling feel and quite positive.
With my dates i think im more fertile the week after my period stops can this be? Are you more vertile after a miscarriage?
I feel my mind is playing games with me and just look for some advice if anyone has been in the same situation Thanks millions xxx

I had a miscarriage on the 18th july i went for an emergency scan and they thought the pregnancy was eptopic and i was admitted to hospital incase i needed an emergency operation, it turned out that it was'nt and i had a complete miscarriag at five and a half weeks i bled for about five days afterwards, i was told to wait untill afer my next period untill i ttc again because it makes dating the pregnancy easier. I have just found out that i am pregnant again 4 weeks later so i think you are more fertile after a miscarriage as it took me 8 months to get pregnant last time. i wish you luck and i hope your story has a happy ending

You can get pregnant more or less straight away after miscarriage. I did 6 weeks after mc. Unfortunately I did loose the second baby also at 7 weeks. There is some litterature to show, you are very fertile after mc. I keep my fingers crossed for you!

well i had a m/c in march this year, decided to wait about a month just to be sure everything was out if you know what i mean, then got pregnant pretty much straight away. theres just so much conflicting information about how long to wait, and mostly all ive heard is they say to wait for dating reason, not because it could cause problems to baby or anything.

sorry to here about your mc. I found out a year ago today that i was pregnant, sadly miscarried on the 9th, like you my bleed was 3-4 days. We decided to try again after the doc saying its only due to dating the next pregnancy they recommonde to wait a month. On the 10th of sept i found out i was pregnant again, conivcing about a week and a half after the mc, i'm now holding the result of that pregnancy and praying she falls asleep soon, lol. They were correct with my dates. You are more fertile after a mc as the opening to the womb is open, (when closed it can be harder for swimmers to get in apparently). A few girls over in ttc use a website fertility friend, i think that gives you ovulation date ect. If you do convice again, dont worry about mc again you still have the same amount of chance of mcing again as if you never had a mc. Lis
