Has anybody heard of the Foresight programme?

I popped into neal's yard remedies shop the other day (in london but sure they must have branches elsewhere) and the sales assistant recommended one of their publications. Think it's called preparing for pregnancy and is about £2.50. She spoke so highly of this book I just had to read it. Only a small booklet type thing but filled with lots of useful info on diet, supplements, toxins, diet, hair analysis etc...
I am going to start following thier programme as something like 89% of couples got pregnant on their programme compared to half that for IVF or alternantive methods of preparation (I don't have the book in front of me but thats approx!). You might wanna check them out for proper details. Think their website is www.foresight.org.uk or foresight-programme.org.uk

Think the way it works is they test for STDs, do a hair analysis (you can send it to them) which sees if you're lacking certain minerals/nutrients etc..,they recommend said minerals etc and change of diet etc...

I have read lots about them now and am looking forward to giving it a go after two miscarriages. I do have a hospital appt at the end of this month for an investigation into why I have the mc's but I would prefer to try a natural remedy/change of lifestyle first. It seems to get rave reviews in various alternative therapy publications so must be worth a shot!
