"He blames me"

i had a miscarriage a week and a half ago but had a feeling i would miscarry from the time i found out i was pregnant. my partner has today ended our relationship as he thinks that by thinking it would happen i have made it happen. i understand that we are both still grieveing but is that an excuse for his behaviour or could there be any truth in what he's saying?

"Not your fault!"

Don't ever for one second think or let people think it is your fault! Unless you did something on purpose like doibng drugs or punching yourself in the stomach it was not your fault! Men deal with things differenlty but it's important for you too be there for one another. If he couldn't do that well than maybe he wasn't ready to be a Dad and certainly not a strong hold for you!

there is NO truth in what he's saying, at all. you cannot think yourself a miscarriage, otherwise everyone who doesn't want a baby wouldn't need an abortion would they? i really feel for you. i suffered a miscarriage in nov and it still hurts now. i went through stages in that pregnancy where i regretted getting pregnant, but that doesn't mean i caused it. although he's upset, he has no right to blame you. perhaps he doesn't fully understand pregnancy? i'm here if you need to talk.
