My last period started on the 19th of May
they usually last around 3-4 days, i'm very light and the period was normal
on the night of the 26th (6am on the 27th to be approx) I had unprotected sex
as it was a bank holiday weekend i waited until the 29th to take the morning after pill
I suffered no side effects and have been fine since
today, 4th of June, I have noticed a dark red/brown discharge, fairly light, about as light as i'd usually expect my period to be, but
it's a different colour, and it's also very early
any ideas?
when i went to the doctors he said i was unlikely to get pregnant even without the morning after pill because it was day 7 of my period and the danger zone is apparently 10-16 but i took it anyway, now im worried, whats happening?
i also have cramp which feels similar to my period pain.
im 19 years old...
please help,
thanks in advance

hi
i have taken the morning after pill more than once and each time a day or 2 later i have had light bleeding or coloured discharge that lasts for a couple of days. if it lasts longer than that or the cramps get any worse i would go back to the doctors to get it checked out just in case there could be any other cause. hope this is of help to you. x
