Nervous after hetrotropic loss

Hi Girls,
It's been 4 months since i lost the twins and i'm so ready for my bfp but i'm so nervous what it will be like after such a tramatic loss.
I keep trying to be positive about things but there are some days i just worry. Too many what ifs i guess.
Hope when the time comes i can cope
