Threat of a misscarriage?

I'm 18, 5ft 5, 9 half stone and take it reasonably easy during the day. I found out I was 7 weeks pregnant on the weekend just gone but wasn't confirmed by a doctor (Just a lot of home pregnancy tests!!) At around Christmas I had a misscarriage at 3-5 weeks which was confirmed by a doctor and everything. But 2 days ago I went to the bathroom and noticed blood in my knickers and after examining inside a few very small bloodclots and some browny sticky blood. I paniced but as it was about 1am there wasn't much I could do so went to sleep and tried to calm down. I woke up in the morning to find I hadn't bled in the night and that there was no more blood at all. It's difficult for me to make doctors appointmets at the minute because I haven't told anyone and a few friends work at the surgery. I am having to rely mostly on internet forums and whatever help my fiancee can give. Theres no blood at all now and there has been no spotting just quite a sharp pain on the left on my stomache sometimes quite high like near my ribs. I know I should go to a doctor but I can't go until Wednesday if at any time at all

As anyone would be i'm quite worried and expecting the worse. If anyone needs to know anything else then please ask and I will try and explain everything as much as I can
