No I think this is not right, it may be that the fact of abortion is a trigger for the pain in your head, and even if it is not related you need to get medical help with the pain, the pain is an alarm bell, telling you something is wrong. Go to your GP.

Thanks never suffered with migraines till now its ridicolously hurting me. Ive rang my doctors got a appointment for 4.00 tomorrow as no appointments today
