"Contractions??"
Posted by lillycat6 17 January  at  22:50

I had an abortion last friday (medical) and up until yesterday i have had the same feeling. I contacted my family planning clinic as I was very worried. I was told it was "contractions". Its my body trying to expel the product. It was extremely painful and totally unbearable. I found that lots of painkillers, a hot water bottle and walking about does tend to help. As gravity is pulling it down.
It's not a very nice experience but trust me the pain does subside. But of course if it's really severe go to your GP.
Hope this helps.
Take care xxx
