Instead of an abortion can you donate your fetus?

Hi im 19 and around 2-3 weeks pregnant and my bf isnt ready and im financially unstable so ive booked an abortion although now its got me wondering if you can donate your fetus to couples who both have poor fertility.. Id rather make someone happy with the gift of life than me waste a life
