Missed pill after sex, now getting spotting, scared to take test

i just want to ask if anyone knows if you can get pregnant if you take the pill ok up untill you have sex, but missed it after.
i'm usually really good at taking it, but recently have been getting a bit lax in it as i don't see my partner often.
for the past couple of days have been getting spotting, but not sure if it is because i missed the pill, or if it is a sign of prgnacy. i was taking pill right up untill then.
i'm worried, just want advice.

Missed mini pill and have severe indigestion from stomach acid just 4 days later, am i pregnant?

I had intercourse on day 13 of my cycle. I forgot to take pill on that day, and my partner and i split up on that day which meant I did not continue to take pill on day 13, 14 or 15 of cycle. I then started bleeding so thought to carry on from day 16. Bleeding has stopped and then it dawned on me that the times were as they were! Could I be pregnant?? I have never had such bad indigestion in my life on day 17, just 4 days after intercourse and just 3 days after ovulation! I ended up going to the pharmacist today as I cant sleep from pain in my stomach! It could be down to stress from the breakup? Has anyone had indigestion problems so soon after conception? It is severe and really out of the ordinary? Please help me I have also been very dizzy today, like motion sickness? Can that happen so soon too?

if you missed your pill on the exact day that you released an egg & had sex a day either end then pregnancy could be possible.
sperm lives for 4 days & an egg 12-24 hrs. so if they are present at the same time you will conceive,
Although i reckon the spotting could be due to not taking your pill regulary.
Some peeps say its unlikely to fall pregnant when on the pill - even if you miss a day or 2, but it happened to me!
When is your next period due? chances are a pregnancy test wont detect anything yet. maybe too early.

my period is due in about a week, it's been a week since i missed the pill, i've actually just made apointment at docs for a test.
thing is i missed two pills in a row, just didn't think it would matter after the fact and my partner had gone home so i knew nothing else was going to happen soon.
as much as i would love to have a baby, we were planning on waiting till at least next year. i guess i'm just worried and paranoid,
havn't spoken to my partner yet, want to take the test first.

yes, i would wait untill you see the docs or get a def answer about test. men can react funny at times. no sense him knowing anything yet if you are unsure. you know what we (women) are like too - always getting ahead of ourselves.

it was too early for test, but spock to doc, and she said that the chances were very very low, with it being middle of cycle (least risk) and the pill would have been protecting me at that time, as i missed it after.

bit sad that i'm not, lol, and then i found out a friend at work's wife in expecting. but now isn't the best time for me. it will happen when it does though
