Hi, I'm hoping someone might be able to help me.
I am suffering from extremely sore breasts and feeling unwell, i thought i may be pregnant but when I checked the dates, I would only be 2 and half weeks (first day of last period was 29th January 2007)

Is this too early for these to be pregnancy symptoms???

I think I'm in a similar position to you. My breats are soo sore! whenever my fiance touches them it feels like he has a razor blade in his hand! i seem to have all of the symptoms except morning sickness...
also, i seem to be getting a really heavy white discharge, which ive never had before.
the only problem is, ive been on Depo for the last 6 years, and I was expecting it to take ages for me to conceive (my last injection was in august) but it hasnt been that long really. (also i wouldnt get the tell-tale missed period)
anyway i guess i'll know pretty soon, as i am taking a urine sample to the doctors tonight... i will find out about 2pm tomorrow... wish me luck!

I've recently found out that I'm 5 weeks pregnant! Hoorah.
Not really had any symptoms though. Is this normal? I've heard that your breasts are supposed to be really sore but mine aren't. Has anyone else experience this?

I have two kids and my breasts were never sore with either of them untill after I had them.every woman is different.

Hiya I knew I was pregnant within a few days. I just had that feeling, I was pregnant. You can buy a pregnancy test and test upto 4 days before your period is due. I think its a clear blue? Let us know how you get on.

hi it does sound like the right symptoms but everyone starts at different stages. i only found out at 14 weeks when i started being sick and had sore breasts but i had been feeling unwell but just put it down to illness! im not sure when u can first take a prenancy test but there is that new one 'first response' which maybe worth giving a go. when i was testiing i brought three just to be sure! hope all goes well and keep us informed!

Hi, I came off my period last saturday, (which was same as usual, apart from a bit of spotting beforehand).

On the day i came off i was sick 3 times, and since monday, i have been feeling nausea every morning, restless sleep, really tired and lightheaded, lower back ache, and have now started having a discharge which i've never had.

Did you have any of these symptoms?

I have been feeling better the last few days, but my breast are sore. not as sore as before, but still hurt to touch.
I've also gone off coffee, but have given up smoking too so i put that down to the change in taste buds.
I'm on low dosage Nicorette patches.
I'm not going to worry about testing until my period is due. no point in getting myself excited for nothing.

I'm now starting to panic. According to all the websites I would now be in implantation week and I started to spot a little this morning with little cramps, like just before my period is due to start but i'm not due until next monday.
I feel sick, I cant stand the thought of coffee, I love my coffee.
and my partner asked me on the weekend if i am pregnant because I have been acting weird. Eating weird foods, cleaning from top to bottom (Im clean, but not a neat freak).
I'm on the pill and have never had bleeding for my due date.
I'm starting to get scared because I dont think i'm ready for this. Ready to be a mum yes, but we are not really ready financially, and I'm not sure my partner is ready.
The chemist told me its too early to test so I didnt buy one.
I'm feeling like an emotional basket case.
I dont have a mother to talk to nor a best friend to confid in.
Someone help!

Im in the same position as you at the moment,or maybe worst,i decided to dump my bf of 6 months 3 weeks ago,i just come off the pill last month coz my doctor wouldnt prescribe it anymore,and now im having early pregnancy simptoms as sore breast and lower back pain,its been about 20 days i have my last period,i cant wait to have an early pregnancy test next week,but i am really panicking as im not ready for this,my ex bf isnt either,and i am terrified of having another abortion but also terrified of facing pregnancy on my own and become a single mum.

In general, if you've experienced implantation bleeding it's not too early for a home test. If you test negative but your period still doesn't come, wait a couple of days and try again.

I tested after implantation bleeding (14 days before my period was due, 40 day cycle) and was very surprised to find a positive result.

I believe you were due on your period on Monday just gone.. so did you come on? Try not to panic, i'm in a similar position financially- and i'm on my own at the moment!! The way i see it, yes baby's can be costly.. but they're as costly as you make them. If you become frivolous and start buying LOADS of clothes and toys and things baby will soon grow out of with a month.. then money can be wasted. Try to relax, it maybe hard, but a child is a blessing. Like you I've had a battle with getting used to the concept but at only 15 weeks, i can't wait to cuddle my baby and comfort him/her when needed. I'm not due for my period until monday coming (26th).
I'm not sure now, I am starting to get used to the idea. So i'm a little worried how i will be if i'm not.
Anyway Its my birthday tomorrow so i'm trying to keep a clear happy mind.
Although my breast are no longer sore all the time. only sometimes. And i seem to have lost the ablility to think!

After reading your messages I just had to get in touch... I am in the EXACT same situation, I have had some crazy symptoms for the last couple of weeks, sore boobs, light headedness and mild period type cramps... I have tried testing for the last few days but all have come back negative... thing is I am not due until next tuesday 27th or wednesday 28th at the earliest and have pretty much convinced myself I am finally pregnant (fella and I have been trying for 3 months now)...anyway I am now so stuck on the idea I know I am going to be devastated if these negatives tests keep coming or I turn up...

Just had to get that off my chest....

good luck with yours, i am in a similar situation, think i had implantation bleeding thurs to sunday, but i have no idea when to test as my cycle is very irregular, between 35 - 60 days! i have 2 kids already with no probs concieving , but have been trying for over a year now for our third. am hoping this is it, but really have no idea when to test. youd have thought by now id be an expert, but im just as nervous as a first time mum!

But its sad to say i found out yesterday i'm not pregnant.
I was scared at first now i'm heart broken. I want more than anything to have a baby of my own.
My partner has 2 children from a previous marriage. he says we are not ready for a baby and we are not financial ready for a baby. When are you ever???

Anyway Hopefully someday soon.

I just wanted to get in touch again, as I have found out today that after pretty much two weeks of being convinced I had managed to get pregnant this month, I am 100% not. Its a really crappy feeling, but I am going to see it as a positive, a new period means a new start, and a new month of trying and a new month of possibilities!!

I too was convinced that this month was it. I'm due to come on 3 March, but have done 3 tests after really strong symptoms (and still have them) and still neg. Its really crap, but, as you say, another month of having fun trying, which also means another month of still being able to drink alcohol! Good luck next time x

I completely understand how your feeling, I cried for the whole first day of my period this month.
My partner is still questioning me because I'm so 'Pregnant women' at the moment. Am starting to wonder if i may have miscarried.
But you are right, a new month a new start and new possibilities.
I have decided to wait until the end of the year before we really start trying. We will be settled in our new house then and be a little more stable.
