I am new to this site, but hope someone out there can help me before I become totally obsessed!
I haven't been on the pill for more than two years, I live with my boyfriend and we have, up until about one month ago been using the withdrawal method for contraception. Anyway, we decided about a month or so ago that we would love to have a baby and since then have not been careful at all and have been having sex practically ever day since then - apart from 2 days when I had my last period on (1st day) 17 September, which only lasted a few days (2 and a half or so) as usual.

We have carried on having sex since then - very often and to be honest I would be thrilled if I was pregnant and can't wait to have a baby.

Last Wednesday, 26 September, I definitely had the egg white, thick and clear stretchy cervical mucus, my boyfriend and I have continued to have sex regularly. On Friday (28 September) in the evening, I noticed a dull ache across my lower abdomin, which continued through to Saturday night and then Sunday (I had a very slight hangover as had a few glasses of wine, not thinking anything of it) I felt a little odd with an immense craving for Pasta, which I never eat. Had pasta Sunday and tonight, after work I had to just had to go and buy pasta and pesto and have eaten this again.

Anyway, today, all day I have had what feels like period pain and a slightly heavy feeling to my womb area, which I can notice when standing or moving around. I am not due on until 17 October, but could this be a sign of very early pregnancy? My breasts feel slightly tender and when I checked earlier (on squeezing them)a little bit of fluid leaked out of each breast? Is this normal? Or, like the post earlier on, could this be down to me really wanting to be pregnant and imaging it? I have felt quite bloated today and have been slightly constipated and windy for a few days too. I am pretty sure that today, when I was at work the cramping had a pulling and very internally warm feeling, which made me convinced I could be pregnant. My stomach is slightly swollen too, as if I am about to come on my period...

I really hope I am pregnant, but wondering whether it's all in my head!!

Has anyone else felt like I have and been pregnant???

Hi everyone...I have been on the depo injection for 3 years,my last injection was due 9th jan 08 which i never had as want to start to have a family.I have not had a period yet buy have had unprotective sex since jan.Over this week i have been having bad lower cramps,very unsteady on my feet,so so tied eyes feel realy heavy as if got weights on them...heart burn sicky feeling but not sick yet ! i am realy struggling i went to doctors today who advised could be pregnant but to early to tell....pregnacy tests come back negnative.Has anyone else had these symptoms ? also when should i do another pregnacy test as dont have periods ? also does this sound as if im pregnant ? as this will be my first and dont know what it should feel like but at this moment i feel all over the place...please help...

i had period cramps about a week and half before my period was due. they were quite painful so i thought it wasent possible for me to be pregnant. i tested on the day of my period and it came back pregnant!
other symptoms i had early on were realy bad headaches, crying alot, white discharge, tiredness, sore boobs and i could smell every little thing realy strongly.

I've done quite a few home preg tests now, all negative. But that's not surprising really as it's so early. I have had all the symptoms you have! I have had the headaches, which are kind of bad, but mild all at the same time. I've wanted to cry on so many occasions... Then suddenly I am in a great mood again. My period is due in 10 days... seems like forever. But, I've decided not to do any more tests until period time.

I've been sooooo tired too! Like right now, all of a sudden I feel like going to sleep and it's only 8pm!
I managed to go to the gym today, something I have not been able to do all week, as I've felt so weak and like going to bed as soon as I get home.

I've started to wonder whether this is just some kind of bug, flu/type cold? So I guess all I can do is wait and see. My nose has been runny one minute, then fine the next... weird. I have also noticed the heightened sense of smell, but now I don't know if that's because I've read other peoples symptoms quite a few times, and so psychosymatic?!?!

I have noticed the discharge, which is white and creamy, with some on/off watery discharge (sorry if this is a bit too much info).

Roll on 17th October. If I am not pregnant, then I will feel so silly, as I am almost convinced that I've never felt like this before.

Thanks for your response and to all the others... it really helps to know that other people have had similar symptoms and understand where I am coming from!

I am supposed to get my period the same day as you- October 17th. My boyfriend and I had sex on sunday, sept. 30th and on tuesday i noticed my breasts felt sore- especially my nipples. my breasts normally only get sore about a day or 2 before my period- never 2 weeks before. So, it's thursday night and they have been quite ore for 3 days now. Plus tonight, my stomach felt a bit crampy. I know I'm not imagining the breast soreness, but maybe I'm freaking out for nothing? Waiting to find out in 2 weeks is riving me nuts! I don't know if i want to be pregnant. I thought i did until it actually became a reality- I think I would rather be married, but I guess I will be okay with whatever happens. Please let me know what happens and I'll let you know as well!!

Just to keep you all updated. My symptoms have continued, extremely lightheaded at times, with on/off mild headaches, on/off cramps, but very mild. Also keep burping etc (sorry!) so have been suffering with heartburn on and off. Also feel so so so tired all the time!!

I can go on and on with the symptoms, oh and did I say moody? My gosh, it's almost like I have PMS - but impossible really as only ever happens a week before AF. And I've wanted to cry on so many occasions too. I got over-the-toply upset because my boyfriend now has to work the late shift tonight - and I really wanted a cosy night in with him...

Anyway, the other symptoms are vivid dreams every night and I dreamt the other night that I gave birth to a baby boy!

I have tested twice in all with HPT, but all BFN - negative!! I feel like I am going crazy because I really don't feel myself! Keep wondering if it's all in my head.

My cycles are usually spot on - last P was 17 September for 2 days, then due on 17 October ish - usually like clock work. I still have the lower cramping now and my eyes feel as though they are going to close all on their own! So tired!

I will be back to keep you posted.

i have felt the same as you for the last two and a half weeks. we have been trying for a baby and i was due on period on sunday. so far it hasnt come! im always very regular.
i started to feel windy and had heartburn, then lower back ache, sore boobs (especial nipples) a few days later started to feel very nauseous. it was still 2 weeks till period was due but i just 'felt' pregnant!! i told my mum who said i was being silly and you wouldnt have symptoms so early but after reading up on the subject apparently some women have symptoms from the moment of conception. ive had a rough couple of weeks, bad headaches, period like pains and extreme tiredness. ive been doing tests, i did 2 clearblue ones and got a very faint positive result but have since done other tests which came up negative. i cant understand. i personally think i am pregnant and i think you probably are too but i will warn you - its going to be a long couple of weeks wait for you and even when your period is overdue like mine is - you might still not be sure if you are or not! nightmare eh??

Yes, here is wishing best of luck to both of us. It's nice to hear from you - and that someone has had similar symptoms to those I am having... I really feel like I could be pregnant, but keep thinking that I don't want to put my hopes up. I just haven't experience these types of cramps (period pain) other than when my period is due. I had a little lower backache yesterday, but this seems fine today. Just got this continuing dull ache across the lower abdomin, as well as the faintest pain each side of the tips of my pelvis (top of each thigh). My boobs feel ok now, just tender really. Fingers crossed! Please let me know if you are pregnant! I'd love to hear from you. Kxx

I ov'd on 26th as well and have had some pink CM - I thought it was too early for implantation but people on the TTC forum say not. You would be around 6 dpo as well as me then.

Have you had a look at twoweekwait.com - people have put up all their early pregnancy symptoms, it's a good read.

Today has been strange. My journey into work was exhausting. I had to stand on the train all the way in and my handbag felt unusually heavy. I have also had the mildest headache all morning up to now.

My cramps are kind of gone this morning, but I am aware of the slightest dull ache in my pelvis...

It's seems so long to wait to find out find out!

Do you think it's safe to go to the gym and continue my usual workout of cardio/weights? As long as I don't lift too heavy? (Even though I am knackered!)

I've had the stomach cramps for quite a while now too, they're strange aren't they. They're not as painful or as intense as period pains and almost feel quite nice like something exciting is going on down there. I've had lots of negatives and am due on on the 12th, I also had a period right on time last time so not sure about me but all sounding good for you girls. Let us know how you get on cos it gives me hope. And thanks for being there cos it's a great help to chat with people in the same boat x x x x

I really do hope u are pregnant. i had a missed misscarriage and surgery done on the 17th of March. we were devastated but my partner and i decided we would try immediately. I now have period like crampins and frequent trips to the toilet for 4 days now. I will not do a test until the 15th of April and i sincerely hope i am pregnant. Good luck
