HI I have looked online for help but suggest aching hips are later on in pregnancy. I am 8 weeks and today I have been just lay on the slfa in tears as i can't seem to get comfortable, my hips kills with a throbing aching pain - do any of you have this? Is it cause for concern? Do you have any suggestions on how to ease the pain.
