Hi, Can anyone help me please?

i've been having cramps at the bottom of my stomach, they are very much like period pains???

I am 8 weeks Pregnant!

Cramps are normal as long as they are not intense and do not last more than 5-10 mins..
Its your body making way for the baby.
you can also get cramp-like pains on your left side if you have wind or a bowel movement.
