Could i still be pregnant?

me and my boyfriend have been trying for a baby for about 6 months but the past three months have been unusual ive been eating loads and always hungry and tired and achy alot ive had sore boobs and nausea and even put on weight but only on my stomach which would make me think i was but the first period after all this started i was 3 weeks late but it only lasted 2 days and was really light then the 1 after that i skipped completely and yesterday i came on nearly 6 weeks late so i should of had 2 in that time but had just this one and again its really light and its not usually and ive done a test but it came out negative my boyfriend thinks im still pregnant but there could be something wrong which would explain periods and lack of the pregnancy hormone for the test its got to be either that or im not pregnant and im just getting a lump and symptoms for no reason please help me

yeah your probebly right we was thinking about going to the doctors to have some tests to check if my eggs are normal and make sure my womb if ok and check his sperm count and quality but ive heard that the nhs dont do it you have to pay is it worth the money if it dont give you the answers you want
