Am i pregnant or is it all in my head???

Hi all,

I need some advice. I am not sure if this is all in my head but i "feel" different. My boyfriend and I had sex on my most fertile day without even knowing, and even though i was on the pill, due to being sick a few days previous i may not have been protected. I am having some strange symptoms:

Lower left abdominal cramping
Lower back ache
Blue veins more visable on my chest
Extreme bloating
"feeling" of pregnancy
Mild sickness but definate nausea
Brown spotting, possibly implantaion bleeding??

I am due on in about 6 or so days time, so the bleeding did occur a week before my period which was strange.
Any advice anyone can offer would be great. I am nervous as I cannot take a test for a bit now!
Thanks
xx

Hi!

Not sure if it is what you want to hear or not but the symptoms you have described do sound like you could be pregnant.....only one way to find out I am affraid! Do the test!!! I hope you get the BFP or BFN (I have never written that before on these forums!!!) you have been looking for.

Let us know how you get on.

Hey!

It's what i'd love to hear! But unfortunately my head is known for being a bit crazy and im scared that i have dreamed up this whole scenario and it's a phantom pregnancy. Although we are not financially secure enough for a child we would take it as a blessing and every woman dreams of starting their own family with the one they love! I took a test today, was negative, may still be early, but my dreams are slowly disappearing down the toilet! I will do one tomorrow and if nothing then (i think im due Sunday) i will wait for Aunt Flo to appear.. if she does, i wont lie. I'll be gutted.

Thanks for your kind words xxx

I don't think anyone it ever financially ready for a baby......

Everyone always wants more than they have! If you get another BFN, try to think positively... there is always next month....and the one after that. If there is one thing i have learnt.....you have to relax and try not to make it your main focus or you will, quite literally go INSANE!!

Take care and lots of babydust to u.....Join us on the ttc forum instead!!
