3 months late, confirmed by dr yet still negative pregnacy test

Hi all, hopefully someone can help me.

After missing 3 periods on a implant i didn't think much to it, until the morning sickness and the cramps started. I rushed myself to the drs, and after feeling my womb and taking my blood pressure it was confirmed and the implant was removed 2 days later. I was told that even though the implant was removed there was still chance of misscarridge, so i was told to come back in a month (a week on friday, 5 weeks after it was confirmed). My partner wanted me to do a pregnacy test just so he could believe it. Negative.

Can some1 please advise, i am still well and truely feeling pregnant, gaining weight (i have a small bump), still vommiting on every occasion and am up and down to the toilet every 10 minutes, yet 2 negative pregnacy tests.

I got the implant Nov of 07. I did not a a period at all untill May 09. My period lasted 3 weeks and it was almost black and super nasty. Anyways since then I have not had one at all and its Sept now. I have gained like 15 pounds. My boobs have grown and I feel like I am preg. Sometimes I feel movement. I have had 2 choldren so I know what the movement feels like. But keep telling myself its gas or something. I have taken like 5 test and all neg. I called my doc and he said if the test was neg that I am prob not preg. What do you think?
