I need some more advice please

im still having the same symptoms as i last listed and now my breasts are beginning to hurt every so often. im scared to go to the doctors cos my mum will find out and im not ready to tell her yet if i am pregnant. i really dont know what to do. i am also really worried cos my best friend had an actopid pregnancy and had to have her fallopian tube removed.
