This is super confusing!!

Okay, so I am 18 and I have been on Implanon for a year and a half now. I was having weird irregular periods and weird cramping. Well about a month ago, my period and bleeding stopped altogether and now, all I have is this gross nasty discharge-along with sore breasts, throwing up, tiredness, hungriness, and super emotional (my boyfriend will tell everyone that). I took two tests on Monday to see if I was pregnant. One came out positive and one was negative (as if that's not confusing right).

I also have endometriosis, meaning getting pregnant is a real chore, and carrying full term is sometimes hard to manage.

Has anyone else experienced this??
