Really unsure about this - help needed?

A few weeks ago I went to my doctor because I was having pain in my right nipple. He told me I had a blocked nipple duct and gave me some antibiotics so I went on holiday and forgot about it. The blocked duct was fairly erect at first, but it has now disappeared. Unfortunately the pain didn't go and I was also urinating frequently and felt tired and slightly sick so I went back to the doc's on Friday. He gave me a breast examination and then told me he was "strongly suspicious" that I was pregnant. He told me to bring in a sample of urine on Monday which I did and it came back negative. Because I'd stopped taking the pill on the Friday (decided it was better til I knew the result), I had a little mini "period" - the blood was pink at first then there was more flow, but it wasn't heavier than normal and I had absolutely no pain at all. I've now felt sick and headachy over the weekend (even though I stopped bleeding) and I'm just not sure what's going on. The doc said I had to go back in 3 weeks but it's really worrying me. Can anyone help?

If I was you I would try and get an appointment sooner, get checked over to be on the safe side.
Have you done a Preg test? If not, then maybe do one.
