13 days late 3 tests negative

hi, i'm 13 days late and for the last 6 feel like i'm about to have my period but nothing seems to happen, done 3 pregnancy tests all negatvie.

sent a urine sample to be analysed getting the results tomorrow hopefully. i'm scared i've wanted to be pregnant so much i've created a hormone imbalance or something.
anyone been through this and either ending up pregnant or not
my doctor is as useless as two left shoe's but will be seeing anouther one next week. any advice would be so helpfull as i feel a bit of a failure

seems like it was not to be this month, as on 14th day of lateness, i have had my period.

typicaly it would happen the day after a post a advice request on a forum.

hope all out there that were in same situation as me get better news, as it's feels like quite a let down. even if you've had the tests that say negative you still hope.
