I am looking to set up a business where I would sell 2nd hand baby goods like prams, cots etc all in excellent condition and offer a service where people can exchange items they no longer want i.e moses baskets and trade up for a cot or highchair.
Basically I am looking for feedback from all parents to see if this would work. Could perhaps look into hiring items out as well. Would appreciate any replies )

Hiya
I have had exactly the same ideas... I really think it could work. Lets face it, you put the word maternity or baby in front of it and high streets think they push the price up to double what it needs to be.
If you need any help pr want to exchange ideas ot work together on this I'd be happy to form a partnership.

great idea we do it at our shop, but under new legislation, you have to be careful what items you sell/exchange ie a car seat, if its been in a car crash. electrical goods such as electric breast pump etc.search on the internet for baby safety issues to get an idea what you are dealing with. You will need insurance too.
