Breastfeeding and plastic surgery

I have breast implants, put in with a cut under the nipple....I'm reading that it could be impossible for me to breastfeed...can somebody tell me about their experince or of a friend they know? Do you know if everyone that had this kind of surgery can't brestfeed?

Breastfeeding

I think that's just rumours hun, I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure that breastfeeding after plastic surgery is perfectly fine. Ask your midwife to confirm though.
