Hey hun

hey hun

Hows u? i weaned my daughter at that age but it is advised to do it near 6 monthes old due to their digestive systems not been prepared for solids. Its entirely up to u though hun, i wish id waited abit longer even though my daughter is eating allsorts now lol

i started giving abi baby rice(small amount....2-3 spoon fuls). I did this after her milk feeds. I did this once a day for a week then twice the following week then the week after 3 times a day.

I then tried her on pureed veg, ie carrots, potato, n i mixed abit of milk wiv that but u can mix it wiv babyrice...thats what some people do. I am very lucky as my daughter likes everything lol

After 2 weeks i started her on baby jars n now make up my own of beef n veg. ie stews she loves em.

Be very careful not to give eggs, fish, wheat, until after 6 monthes old due to allergies.

Have u a health visitor?? mine helped me loads n gave me leaflets etc

hope this helps a little, everyone does different though with their babies.

love keira xxxxx
