Breast discharge already???

Hi, Im 6 and a half months pregnant, and Ive been noticing on ym shirts sometimes a little spot of wetness where my breast is, and I have to say it is making me worry a little bit, because I thought this sisnt happen until the baby is almost here...does this mean my baby could be premature? Please get back to me, Im very worried. Thank you

I am 23wks and the last couple of days my nipples have been soooo sore and they have started leaking a bit. I think its normal, at least i hope it is!
