Reflux and colic!!

Hi mums, i have a 4mnth old baby girl who has reflux and colic,well so the docs think!! it has been a nightmare. she screams for hours,goes stiff and ridgis just before the screaming. Her face goes all frightned and her lip turns over when shes stiff. Really dont know wot it could be.Any ideas?? x x x
