hi read your mail and i really do feel for you and your mum.Life is not easy!!!!! we are here to forever learn lessons and from someone like me looking in you havn't a problem at all and whatever your problem is easily sorted.Others would say firstly that your mum is a alcoholic and needs treatment!!!! I would say that she's suffering from a bad case of low self asteem. After what ever she's been through in her bad relationship you can make her feel better and apreciate her for looking after your son. Flowers now and again, chocys now and again anything to make her feel more of a person.she dosn't need a man to make her feel better and apreciate her and if you do this simple little gestures she'll soon come to realise her lifes lessons herself. As for you, you are the best daughter any mother could wish for take care xxxx

i am 20 years old and at the minute am staying with my mother, she split up from my father about 2 years ago,in that time she has gone an absolute wreck, she looks 10 years older than what she really is and has lost about 3stone which is making her look very unwell!!she also is hiding a drink problem which i seem to be the only person noticing,
i find empty bottles of vodka all over the house,
she hides them when shes finished with them which makes me think she knows she has a problem,
im feeling so depressed lately because of all of this,
she minds my son sometimes when i go out with friends but i wont let her mind him anymore because i came home one night and she was passed out on the couch pissed with a large empty bottle of vodka on the table,i cant belive she drank while minding my son!!
she has got out of bed sometimes at 2 and 3 in the afternoon pissed drunk and my friends have been here sometimes that she has been drunk in the mornings and during the day,its very embaressing cuz she shite talks to my friends and they know well shes drunk, but they would never say it to me,she has a rotten temper and is never short of telling me how much of a c**t i am!just this morning she got out of bed drunk goin around the house screaming,i went up to the bedroom and stayed there till she went back to bed and she just kept shoutin that i was a ... and a tramp! i am just at the end of it all,i cant stop crying and just feel so low that i have to be here and watch her do this, its making me hate her, sorry for bragging on but i just thought someone else might of went through something similar!!
