My three year old has bad breath.............

Never really noticed it before and it was my hubby who first noticed it. I brush his teeth in the morning and before he goes to bed. His mouth looks fine, his teeth are very white and his gums seem healthy and he hasnt complained of having a sore mouth or anything like that. It smells fishy????

Any thoughts wud be appreciated
