it needs proper diagnosis by a doctor experienced in this sort of thing...its a very hard thing for not just those around them but the kids themselves to live with-they want to be able to fit in and so often they have so many anxieties as well - their lives are so stressful-if you suspect it - get help-it can make a difference

Need to know - when do u know when a kid has an actual attention deficit illness or is just a brat? is there a proper definition?

they would normally beable to diagnose when 6 yrs up
