Veggie bbq

Ok so I may be being a bit optimistic but I'm hoping to soon get my barbie out and start using it! My new neighbours (who I'll be inviting) are vegetarian and I've never cooked veggie stuff on the barbie before. Any one got any recommendationss for ccoking veggie stuff on a BBQ? Thanks, Clare

Bbq ideas

There's a huge range of vegetarian burgers and sausages available now - I'd suggested picking one that looks slightly more interesting than the generic quorn but not so exotic that it'll fall apart on a grill.

Corn on the cob is always good on a barbeque and if you can get some good halloumi cheese to put on that always goes down well.

Barbecue ideas

I find that some of the veggie stuff you can buy from the shops can go a bit dry on the barbie. Try making vegetable skewers and coat them in a BBQ sauce. You can use loads of different vegetables, I particularly like using yellow peppers, courgettes, squash,...

I also didn't notice the date. Hopefully your weather's still allowing you to have barbecues.
