Brilliant recipe books

Hi there, I have just read your message and although I am a bit late in answering, I just wanted to let you know that any of the Weight Watchers recipe books are ideal. They have the points values, beautifully illustrated and easy to make.
If you can't find any in the shops, if you go to www.weightwatchers.co.uk
you will get the phone number to order one of their books. They have a brand new one out this week called 'Cook' and I bought it at our meeting. It is really a great book.
Good luck.

What diet?

It depends if your on a specific diet like low fat, low gl, etc i found the weight watchers books good as it is low in calories and saturated fat

Thanks!

Hi Boolah, well I'm not on a specific diet as such, I just wanted to have some recipes that don't have too much fat in them. I've got some ancient recipe books that my mum gave to me but they seem to contain a lot of recipes that aren't so good for the waistline! Thanks for your help!

Diet recipes

Hi there, any recipe can be converted into a low fat one...have a look at the ingredients and see what you can swap to make them healthier.....i get loads of my recipes from either the rosemary conley mags or just trawl the internet a bit...good luck with the healthy eating......julesxxx
