Booze
My first step was to cut down the wine intake. Apparently a bottle a night is bad for you, and also kind of sad. I've got more money now and I'm losing weight. I'm told my 1/2 bottle a night is still sad. I'll think about it!

Hi
One of the problems with diets is that they aren't really a quick fix solution. Some diets may help you to lose weight quickly, but if you go back to your regular eating patterns once you've reached your desired weight it will all just go back on.
Sensible eating patterns i.e. 3 meals a day with healthy snacks in between when required, combined with regular exercise are really the only fail-safe methods for losing weight and maintaining a healthy weight.
This way not only are you losing weight but you are also providing your body with all the nutrients that is needs to run efficiently.
It's not always easy but it will pay off in the long run.

hi ,i have been taking slimfast for the last week and a half ,i didant weigh my self before i started ,but i have lost a good bit of weight,i have a slimfast for brekfast and another for dinner,then you are allowed a 600 hundred callories meal for tea,you could have an apple or a bannana inbetween,drink plenty of water diring the day ,its great i feel a lot better more energy and most of all my clothes fit me better try it good luck

i tried slimfast i lost weight but didnt feel good hungry all time i now go to slimming world in uk the best i reached my target weight last year

Find a good way to loose weight
Hello... I'm hoping that i will be able to help you, but first of all i need to know a bit more about your eating habbit's. If you are interested in my suggestions could kindly answer to the following questions, and i will come back to you ASAP.
1: Do you confort eat? 2: How many meals & snacks do have? Would you say they are healthy or not? 3: How much water do you drink a day? How much tea/coffe and do you use sugar? 4: Do you drink with your meals? 5: Any foods you don't like and what are you favorites? 6: Do you do any type of exercise (ie: walk 20min to pick kids from school) 7: Are you looking to loose weight quikly or slowly and surely? 8: how much would like to lose per week in pounds? 9: What do you think about green tea?

Hello Thank you for your answer, and i'll try to answer your questions as precisely as possible.
1: Yes, I confort eat. 2: Usually 3 meals, rather healthy and sometimes one snack. 3: I drink about half a liter a day. Sometimes tea or coffee, with sugar with tea, but never with coffee. 4: I drink about 2 glasses of water per meal. 5: I like anything, but particulary sweetened things. 6: I use to do one or two hours of judo per week. 7: I'm looking to lose weignt slowly and surely. 8: For me, it doesn't matter how much per week. 9: I like green tea a lot.

Some free slimming info
Hi,
I joined a free news letter and http://www.slimhealth-uk.com and on the members page there are two free ebooks. One is a recipe book (low carb) and the other is a "how to" guide to losing weight. Both pretty good and absolutely free. I did unsubscribe to the news letter the first time i recieved it, feel a bit guilty but there you go. Maybe the ebooks change every month, I'll never know.
